At The Gin Palace we just love weddings, and we know it’s the littlest details that can really make your wedding extra special. We would have an consultation where we would find what you want from us. We want make sure everything is right for you, from the Gin Flavours and brands down to the Ice and Garnishes.

Package options
Standard Cash Bar Hire
A Cash Bar is where your guests pay for all their own drinks.
This is a great option if you want to take the hassle away of running a bar yourself but add that something special and unique to your event or party.
Pre-paid Cash Bar
You pay a figure of your choice behind the bar in advance. Our staff monitor the spend and once this amount has been reached, the Standard Cash Bar takes over and your guests begin to purchase their drinks themselves, unless you choose to add on to the bar tab. We can provide you with a detailed bar spend at the end of the event (or during the event if you decide to add to the bar tab).
Fully Pre-paid (or Free) Bar
A Free Bar is where your guests receive free drinks throughout the event and you would settle the bill. You will pay for all the drinks for your guests. We would ask for an upfront initial payment, with the balance to be paid at the end of the event.
We are passionate about gin and we have researched and sampled hundreds of different brands so we can bring you the very best for your event, directly from our converted horse trailer.
You will find the Gin Palace at a variety of events around the North East. From sports event to music events, farmers markets to Christmas fayres. Making the tastiest gins available to the masses.
We are available for all private functions. Including weddings, parties and corporate events
